The Story

The pilot aimed to validate Evalyze’s AI-powered platform for optimizing procurement processes in a public health setting.

Evalyze configured its platform to support procurement requirements, including:
- Generating procurement documentation in compliance with the Portuguese Public Contracts Code (CCP).
- Streamlining processes through version control, automated alerts, and decision-making dashboards.
- Providing tailored solutions for public hospitals to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

The pilot also included:
- Integration of a chatbot trained on CCP to assist users during procurement tasks.
- Implementation of document automation and digital signature workflows.

The pilot demonstrated Evalyze’s potential to:

The collaboration within the TEF-Health project proved to be extremely valuable, validating the suitability of the Evalyze solution for the real needs of a public healthcare procurement service. TEF was essential in confirming the concept of Evalyze in a real-world environment and in gathering crucial insights that will guide the platform’s future development, ensuring even greater alignment with the healthcare sector’s requirements.
