Service Inputs
a routing problem, expressed in a Json file format. It typically contains a set of geographic locations, a description of a fleet of vehicles and a set of constraints. Typically a nurse dispatching problem where nurses have to visit patients at home.
Service Outputs
A piece of software that solves such problem, packjaged in a Docker Image, Web service or as a command-line java application. It produces a routing solution; a planning of each vehicle of the considered fleet that mentions their tasks and geographic locations
